Hot & Cold Pack

Size : 26cm x 12.5cm

For Hot Therapy :

1. Keep gel pack simply in Microwave at normal temperature for 30 to 45 seconds.
2. Keep gel pack in the hot water for approx. 10 to 15 minutes.

For Cold Therapy :

1. Keep gel pack simply in the freezer for at least 1 to 2 hours.
